How long will it take to receive my order?
Well this is completely based on the order quantity, a lead time would be given at the time of the quote so you know exactly what you are buying into before you accept the price. Typically though for an order of 100 A4 vertical displays we’d have them on their way to you in 2-3 days if we didn’t have them in stock at the time of order.
How do I pay you?
We can take a checque, bankers draft or a BACs transfer or paypal, we are in the process of being able to take card payments.
I’ve seen what I like, but I want it in different dimensions, can you do that?
Yes! Here at Aqua we make to order, everything you see here is just an example. We can tailor our processes to meet your brief – just contact us so we can realise your dream!
Returns and Refunds?
Ultimately our aim is to please you, so if you are unhappy with our products you can return any item in it's original condition, please notify our sales team within 48 hours and return the goods within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. We must exclude all bespoke items in this though as they are built to your specifications, not anyone else’s. All items must be returned to us before any credits or replacements are issued. A 15% handling fee will be taken on non faulty returns to cover our administration fees. You can find our details on the contact us page of the website. |
